Urban beauty

The pink towerblock at the bottom of the hill always looks a little bit exotic. It's pink, for starters, and has palm trees in its little front gardeny bit.

But it's a common occurrence to have the light from the setting sun set its windows on fire. It must also give some lovely evening light into the flats themselves (I have never been inside) but the transformation of it from a slightly over ambitious late 90s social housing solution to a glowing inspriational urban beauty is all in the trick of the light.
