Day 3 - Peacemeal

I chose a red and white heart today because it matches the Post Office branding. This colour coordination in the placing of hearts is very important. Natch.

Inspiration is a little harder to organise especially when my inspirational friends are taking their inspirational posts with them during their Lenten sabbaticals from FB.

But I did see this. http://ow.ly/h6Uo309yat4

The guys at Workshop provided a year of inspiration when I did their London course (ahem) 14 years ago. It's good to see they're showing how we can all do something to break down barriers and bring a bit of light in. Especially in the US context at the moment.

"Peacemeal is about turning the tables on injustice, greed, violence, selfishness and hate. Peacemeal is about setting the table for community, inclusion, forgiveness, acceptance, love, justice and joy. Peacemeal is about changing the world.

Any meal with the clear intention of creating the space for something liberating and life-giving to happen, and raises this expectation, is a Peacemeal."
